You're not far off the mark Infidel.
I can't wait for the end of the season. Then the trouble will be Sullivan's continual penny pinching. I'm not too optimistic with Bilic remaining in charge, the relegation form could carry on into the new season.

Infidel 9:34 Fri Apr 21
Re: Team V Everton
I am absolutely dreading this game.

Feghouli and Nordveidt will start. Calleri will either start or come on as sub. Bilic seems to think these three are footballers. Delusional.

Almost all our best players missing and the team has the smell of death about it. We just have to hope 37 pts is enough to finish 17th and not 18th.

I've lost all faith in Bilic. I can't see any other outcome than a spanking tomorrow.

I thought we should have brought on Cresswell to play in midfield in front of Arthur against Sunderland when we were hanging on.

Wouldn't object to seeing them 2 down the left side tomorrow.

I fucking hate losing to these wankers and don't get me started on the cunt upfront for them

its worth playing with ten men on the proviso someones takes him out properly

Every single position in our team needs looking at in the summer. Nowhere near good enough.

Not even looking forward to going over there tomorrow. Fuck sake.

Re: Team V Everton
sir alf - that might be the best we can muster but what a state to be in
not sure even sullivan/brady/gold could spin that lot up as a "champions league chasing squad"
i fear packing the middle will only last so long though and the last 30 minutes will see us over-run as our inferior fitness comes into play.....

J.Riddle 5:32 Fri Apr 21
Re: Team V Everton
Might be kinder on the goal difference to feed the squad dodgy lasagne for next four games and concede the points stating extenuating circumstances.

Re: Team V Everton
A smart manager might try, just for once, to pack the midfield and try cutting off the supply and generally stifling the Everton attacking efforts. Try to play on the counter now Carroll is out again?

Shouts of "Attack" and give it a go will be suicide as it has been at home all season. We do not have the midfield , fitness, mobility and stamina for it. Of course, with the season nearly ended you would hope our Croatian genius manager would at last see that his tactics, and selections for the tactics, are unsuitable for the players he has at his disposable even when the all fit. We cannot press or handle being pressed so have to play 5 in midfield with the brief of keeping it tight, closing down and generally crowding them out in there.

Then rely on the odd counter attack or set piece to get us a goal. I believe we have scored the most set piece goals in the league or certainly the highest percentage of goals via a set piece so it kind of suggests that we cannot stretch teams or open them up with our play due to the slowest midfield and forward line in the division.

Slav supposedly has a degree and is this "brain the size of a planet" , intelligent bloke? He reminds me more of Chauncey Gardner every week :-(

There are times you have to laugh or you'd cry
Carroll injured again and Sahko on life support with Lukaku turning up to score against us for the 10th match in a row.

Absolutely ridiculous
